This home in the Poconos was purchased fully furnished and our client needed guidance about what to keep and what to toss, where to spend and where to save on a renovation that was necessary to modernize this out of date house with lots of potential to host big groups. Admittedly, decorating was not her thing but we had a great time defining her style and the identity of the house. By keeping the dark trim and leaning into the chalet look we saved her money that was necessary to realize her dream of a spa-worthy primary bathroom.
