“We stayed at Warm Welcome at the end of a road trip through New England and it was the perfect finale! The house has everything you need. We were traveling with an infant and were very comfortable. The interiors are beautifully done and we were very pleased with our rooms & bathroom. We had never been to the upstate area and now we can't wait to go back!”

“This house is a beautiful old but well-updated home. We had 6 adults and 4 small very active children and everyone had plenty of space for fort-making and good times and piano playing as one of our group is a composer. This met all our needs and if we had a problem Patricia got on it instantly. The location is ideal for a short trip to downtown Great Barrington. The beds are sooo comfortable!”

“This is a beautifully decorated home about 5-10 minutes from Great Barrington. There are lots of cozy places to sit and hang out - a couple of tables in the kitchen looking over the marsh, a living room with wood beams and a piano, and a tv room with a comfortable couch looking out the back of the house. Everything was very clean and as expected.”

“This beautiful Berkshires home was perfect for our group of 9 (adults) for our first family Christmas vacation! The house itself is in an idyllic setting; it feels secluded, but is 5 min from Great Barrington, 1 hr from Hartford, and ~2 hrs from Boston/NY! GB has so much to offer: coffee shops, dispensaries, a cheese shop, artisanal bakeries, a natural wine shop, and many excellent restaurants.”

“Back to the house: SO beautiful, stylish, and classic, with all of the modern amenities one could hope for. The beds were comfortable, the wifi fast, the kitchen had everything we needed for a feast and 3 full bathrooms! Patricia and Jazz were amazing hosts; their recommendations were excellent and they answered our questions quickly. Highly recommend staying here, we hope to come back every year!”

-- 5 Q-size beds!

-- KITCHEN has everything you need/can think of; super fun for people who love to cook.

-- Tons of WORK SPACES for everyone; a separate office, desks in the bedrooms, and a lot of comfortable spaces to set up shot (WiFi works great).

-- Great Barrington was the best town in the area; good food, good coffee, a bunch of nice little shops. Doesn't feel touristy either.”

“We looooooved our stay here! We shared the house with another family and it was the perfect setup. The house is just one min from Butternut, where we skied and went tubing every day with the kids. Well-equipped kitchen, cozy wood-burning stove, plenty of heat even during a blizzard. We will definitely be back.”
